Shipping Terms

Orders received by 3.00pm Tuesday, will be despatched on Wednesday of the same week. (Any allowances required for public holidays will be made).
Australian Air Express will be delivering the goods on consignment and will advise via email (where email is provided) despatch details and consignment note number and tracking. For further details please refer to Australian Air Express website www.aae.com.au. Delivery to Adelaide city, metropolitan, and some regional areas will be within 24 hours of despatch, other regional and remote areas within 48 hours of despatch. Some very remote areas may take up to 3 working days.

Shipping costs for Online Orders

1. Air freight Australia wide

$18.00 per 3kg including weight of cheese and packaging materials (allowance for packaging materials 1.2kg)
$22.00 per 5kg including weight of cheese and packaging materials (allowance for packaging materials 2.4kg)

2. Adelaide metropolitan

$15.00 for up to 15kg including weight of cheese and packaging materials

3. Smelly Cheese Club offers are inclusive of freight costs

N.B. Goods will not be despatched on Thursday or Friday of any week, as it is necessary to ensure that your precious Goods are not held at a depot over any weekend period. We are unfortunately currently unable to supply Goods outside Australia.
